Dale
Dale Marie Merrill has over 20 years of corporate business experience. She is a small business owner as a local lawyer with her own legal practice. She has also been a substitute teacher in Citrus Schools to learn about classroom issues firsthand.
She's the mother of a daughter with special needs who she helped navigate the public school system and ultimately find a rewarding career.

Dale has been involved with improving behavioral health, particularly for those with disabilities, for over a decade. She's served on the board of the Centers, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and has written over 100 individualized education plans (IEPs) pro-bono to help parents like her who raised kids
with special needs.
