Dale
Dale Marie Merrill has over 20 years of corporate business experience. She is a small business owner as a local lawyer with her own legal practice. She has also been a substitute teacher in Citrus Schools to learn about classroom issues firsthand.
She's the mother of a daughter with special needs who she helped navigate the public school system and ultimately find a rewarding career.

Better behavioral health can help an entire community. Addressing behavior issues improves student outcomes, teacher quality of work conditions, and reduces crime in our streets.
Dale has been involved with improving behavioral health, particularly for those with disabilities, for over a decade. She's served on the board of the Centers, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and has written over 100 individualized education plans (IEPs) pro-bono to help parents like her who raised kids
with special needs.
